I have bought cigars from a lot of online shops and Thompson Cigars is by far the worst in terms or customer service. We got my account locked for no explanation and they refused to ship my order even after taking my money. I called their customer service to ask for a refund and they told me to dispute the charge through my bank which will take up to 45 days. I have reported them to BBB. Stay away from them. It’s not worth the headache.
