I had problems with an order and submitted a support message through their website regarding this order and did not receive a reply after four business days. Not good customer service and it seems their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a myth. The order arrived damaged. The shipping box was torn and the inside box containing the item ordered was open and the cigars were loose in the shipping box. Also, the cigars were very dry, and the included lighter does not hold butane.
I emailed their customer service and again did not receive a reply.
