First time ordering cigars here. ordered for a friend of mine to congratulate him on his home. They never showed up. come to find out, they're stuck in limbo because thompson cigar never paid shipping label.
reached out and they said they corrected it but alas, it's still stuck in limbo. Now i'm being ignored or it takes a long time to get help.
Would highly suggest shopping local or somewhere more reputable because they lack customer service. Seems like they take your money and run.
