I have been ordering for many years. always good prices. fast shipping. very happy . UNTIL I ordered some filtered cigars, i thought hey its okay I can return it right? NOPE! Noone picks up the Customer Service phone calls :D :D hahaha, they like , hell, haha we got the money, haha.. who cares ... well I guess I will recommend to no one since its kind of creepy knowing they have no customer service . so FIX the Customer service .
PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM. there are others like cigars international or etc...
