Going on vacation and ordered cigars for trip. Paid extra shipping to ensure they would arrive on time. Followed the tracking number and saw they were stuck at UPS depot and called Thompson to spur UPS into moving them along. They said call UPS. Called UPS and was told complaint had to be started by Thompson. Called Thompson back and was referred to previous conversation. Charles were already billed. I disputed them and that got Thompson's attention. Six days later I got my cigars, but after I had returned from vacation. They sat at the UPS depot for 19 days. My credit card company sided with Thompson on the charges and I appealed the shipping charges because they were not in my hands on the date as guaranteed. I would not have complained if Thompson had not brushed me off TWICE and had done their job. I did not have to pay shipping and now Thompson has me blacklisted. Their loss been buying from them 25 years.
