Really bad telephone operation. Customer service and Ordering phones never answered even after ringing for 20 minutes or more. And not responding to emails, either.
Also, advertised items in the frequenrly received catalogs are frequently not available or backordered for a long time ... akin to bait and switch tactics.
Terrible business practices.
