Paid for tickets to Sunway Lagoon water park for my two daughters. After payment they sent an email stating that the tickets will take 6 hours to process. Both phone numbers given on the emails were disconnected. Purchased tickets with another company because we couldn't wait 6 hours. No notification given prior to payment. The tickets eventually were sent to me despite numerious emails asking to cancel and my refund was rejected. Not happy.
