I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Thrillophilia. I purchased lakhswadeep shore excursion tickets from thrillophilia and they charged three times more of the actual amount and also charged for an infant. Later when we came to know about this and we requested for the refund they didn't even bother to respond, just told that they will check for the price with Cordelia And instead of issuing a refund, they had the audacity to argue. And has asked me to do some ground work prior booking. I refused to pay more, and then they stopped responding altogether. I sent three emails and even submitted a complaint from their website, but received no response at all. It's clear that Thrillophilia doesn't care about its customers, and is only interested in making a quick buck. Their lack of customer service is beyond AQ to anyone. . Thrillophilia is a disgraceful and untrustworthy company, and I urge you to stay away from them at all costs. Don't waste your time or money on these scammers!
