Rubbish company, just there to scam you. Me and my partner tried to buy tickets to the water park in Bali, we tried the first time and it said the card payment had failed, so we tried once more on the same card just to double check. This had the same outcome. We then used my partners card to see if that worked and to our surprise it said it had failed once more. Therefore, we bought tickets on another website as it blatantly didn’t work on thrillophilia’s website. In the next 24 hours Thrillophilia had taken 3 payments out of our bank accounts but still only sent 1 set of tickets, thus, over charging us for 2 more sets of tickets. Obviously I tried to get in touch with customer service, which was useless; so I messaged them on instagram, thinking they would respond quicker - which they did. However, they said to email them and resolve the issue and that’s were all helped stopped. I emailed twice and contacted them further on instagram and I was ignored. Do not book with this company, they just scam you and Have awful customer service
