Everything went according to plan. The trek was well-managed and the service was excellent. Everything from the food to the accommodation was first rate. We had a successful summit of Kedarkantha and the views from the top were magnificent. Although the final hike was a bit strenuous, that only made the success more memorable. The trek to the base camp, however, was pretty easy but by no means unremarkable. We had fantastic views of nearby peaks of Swargarohini, Bandarpunch et al. The weather gods were especially kind to allow us to follow the itinerary to a tee. I would like to particularly thank two people: firstly our trek leader Rocky Rana sir for his leadership and determination to keep us safe and get us to the summit; secondly Kumkum madam, my POC, who assisted me during the pre-trek formalities and who was kind enough to respond to my many questions and requests. All in all, I'm hooked and will definitely consider doing my next trek with Thrillophilia.
