"Hey! The overall experience was good. Had a really amazing trip, with a great pre-trip help from sales POC as well as ops POC. Good and Bads are part of a trip. Few things were below the expectations like- 1. Hotel room in Hanoi, no actions were taken even after sharing the concern on the WhatsApp group. 2. Issues with lunch as well as dinner, shared the concern with Tanya over WhatsApp. 3. The guide on the BaNa Hills tours was ridiculous. Positives - 1. Guides on rest of the tours, specially the guide on cruise. 2. Food in the cruise was amazing as well as the lunch on Ninh Binh tour was outstanding. 3. Support from ops team was great! Could have been better - The itinerary could have been planned in a better way by discussing it...like city tours must have been a compulsory suggestion from the sales team.
