"Day1 - as expected we rested and getting used to climate. The food at La Buddha restaurant was good. Day2 - Had local siteseeing. Places all are nearby but easily takes time till evening 4PM. Hall of fame with guide was very good. Always admire the landscape. It appears as thopugh wallpaper worthy pictures Day3- Ride to Nubra. Sand dunes and ATV/Camel rides were highlight. Khardungla pass was very windy, hence were not able to spend much time. The accomodation was OK. food was good. They provided water bags for keeping us warm Day4- Ride to pyongong was challenging as there was no proper road. But lake itself was awesome. People and staff were very good and even arranged cake on short notice for special moment Day5- Travel back toLeh through Changla was very nice. But within afternoon we were actually done with schedule. Half day was time for ourself Day6- visit to stock village is just 20 mins drive. leaving after 11am is advised and lunch was very nice. Overall Day 5 and 6 had lots of free time. travelling around in leh with taxi is not cheap. Better to hire scooter on rental basis. Overall it was nice experience and indeed memorable one. Driver was nice person but was challenging to communicate in hindi in some cases."
