I booked and paid a tour of the colosseum. The confirmation website is in broken english and does not work properly, so I had to do the process over email. The people responding back are trained to only converse with templates, and do not understand what you are saying, and their explanations are bad at the very least. Two days after my confirmation I get an email that the spots are not available and to choose different days, this does not work form me so I request a refund, because if you cancel nothing is refundable according to their policy. They ghost me after this and I get no responses, the only thing I could do with them at that point was to cancel my booking. The company is Indian and their grasp of customer service is limited to getting your money, any policy and information relevant to you, such as booking cancelation and when you will receive what you paid for is provided to you AFTER payment. they are a fraudulent outfit and the majority of their positive reviews are by bots and suspiciously by anonymous or Indian users. Make your own conclusion.
