My Singapore Night safari Ticket booking through your company on dated: 07.04.2024 My Booking ID is BKDNVSXMLBK and I paid Rs. 14,075/-. Same ticket I am not able to use and by new tickit same we already attached in mail. Because when I booked the ticket it was with pick up and drop included in the same. Your employee sent pick up and drop service on time but they did not book Night safari slot time when i reach location then after i come to know my ticket slot was not booked. So I am going to buy a new ticket. same thing i convey to your team they did not give us proper answer for the same .
