Prior to booking activities totaling INR 57000, a Thrillophilia representative named Mr. Royis assured me of his complete coordination and promised to provide a contact number for any issues during my time in Singapore. However, post-payment, he reneged on this commitment, stating that such assistance was only available for full package bookings. Despite attempts to reach out during appropriate hours, as per IST, I received no response whatsoever. Mr. Royis failed to provide the promised support or even inquire about my experience using the vouchers. Thankfully, the helpful locals in Singapore assisted me in navigating the situation, albeit with significant time and effort wasted in finding solutions independently. Overall, my encounter with Thrillophilia was marked by unfulfilled promises, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. I strongly advise against trusting this service for your travel needs.
