The booking platform was easy to navigate, and the payment process was smooth. Prior information regarding the pickup and drop points for the trek was clearly communicated. Overall, the trek experience was good and well-organized.
However, the transport arrangements to and from the base camp were not up to the mark and need significant improvement.
