Made by incompetent people (what a surprise) Platform is written by incompetent people who have no idea how to program anything. Apparently, their platform knows better what my bank account is than me and the bank I registered it to. It does not allow me to sell tickets in the currency of my bank account, as it tells me that "it is not on this currency.". The IBAN check they use is complete garbage. This whole platform is probably written by interns who have no skill whatsoever. Here is an example error message you will get while trying to stay sane using this monstrosity: "Your bank currently doesn't support BGN. Change the currency to EUR or use a different bank account." You should definitely fire the person who programmed this check, because my bank account is in BGN, and you are trying to make me switch to a currency (EUR) which will be used to convert to BGN and charge me more fees during the transaction. How is this okay? How are these checks made? What is wrong with your finance and engineering team? How are you even allowed to operate in my country? I will tell you - Americans should not be allowed to operate in Europe. You people ruin everything for everybody in the world. To the staff of ticketswap: Learn what multi-currency IBAN is before dipping your incompetent toes in payment systems. Your engineering team is shameful. They should all be fired immediately.
