This was the first time I used the platform and I bought 3 tickets for a gig in London. When we arrived at the venue, one of the tickets did not come through correctly on their app, just some words on a blank white page. It was a complete nightmare as you have no way of contacting them for any urgent support. Approx 4 days minimum for them to respond that’s after you have navigated beyond their AI bot that’s completely useless. Luckily we managed to buy a ticket from a street tout outside. After 2 weeks of trying to get a refund, they were not willing to listen to my issue and have closed my claim. It was only a £25 refund as the other 2 tickets were fine. It is the principle that they took my money and didn’t provide the ticket. With the extra £40 I had to pay on the night for the replacement ticket, the least they could have done was refund the £25. I will never use TicketSwap again and advise everyone to use alternative ticket providers, they should not be allowed to get away with this poor service. Shame on you TicketSwap.
