I posted a ticket on ticketswap for a concert which was on 18th of November. There was a buyer. But I talked to support and asked to cancel the operation. So I received an email that the sale was reversed and I have never received the money. The email clearly told that 'THE SALE IS CANCELLED'. Nothing else, no risks were implied in that email!
When I came to the concert - I wasn't able to enter because my ticket was already validated. I assume by the person who bought it.. for free. The doors were open at 18:30 and he entered at 18:34. The buyer visited a concert with my ticket and I have never received the payment. When I contacted the support - they told that cancelling operation means that I won't receive money but it does not guarantee that the buyer would not use the ticket. WTF? If I knew about risks - I wouldn't cancel the operation. The email I received about operation being cancelled did not imply anything about the risks. And now support doesn't want to contact the buyer and tells that it's my problem. My problem that they gave my ticket for free to someone!
