i sold a ticket on ticketswap about 4 months ago. the ticket was for a festival where the main artist couldn't go and ticketswap got a lawyer to force me to return the money for the ticket because the person i sold it to didn't want to go. i repeat, i received a letter at home from a lawyer threatening me with going to court after i sold a legitimate ticket.
i'm not obliged to return the money when i didn't go to the festival and the ticket was legit.
