I received an email on 30.06.23 stating my item had been dispatched. Today is the 16th July and the item has still not been received. This is outside the company limit of 3-9 working days and despite being told I would have it by the end of the week just past. It was required for our son’s wedding, so particularly disappointing. Please provide a refund asap.
