Avevo acquistato due self-tie bow-tie, ma ho ricevuto due pre-tied. Ho segnalato il problema via email e mi sono state subito inviate le due bow-tie richieste, assieme ad una busta e ad un refund per le spese di spedizione. Molto cortese e veloce il customer care. il prodotto è sempre di buona qualità
