What fabulous, thoughtful customer service this company provides - from the choice of design and website ordering to the speedy shipping (and text updates along the way), to the quality of the products themselves - and the excellent way in which they were packaged! Oh, and I almost forgot the thoughtful little sachet they included free of charge - a stain remover for silk & wool... I would have no hesitation in recommending Tieroom to the world!
