Pleasantly surprised with the personal attention and thoughtful service. I placed an order just after they closed before Christmas for a festive bow tie (for New Years Eve).
About 8:30 on the 27th December I received an email apologising that my order was received after they had closed for Christmas and suggesting that, had I wanted it for Christmas Day they would refund the full amount and cancel the order - I replied I wanted it for new year if they could get it to me by then. They confirmed that could and that it had been dispatched within the hour. I got it next day
