I made my order on 26th of March and I'm yet to receive it. I had ordered it in plenty of time to wear to a wedding last Friday but unfortunately it didn't arrive, and is yet to arrive!
Customer service representative Anand was very helpful but I'm disappointed with the fact that the tie didn't arrive in time and I'm yet to receive it. If it doesn't arrive next week I will be seeking a full refund.
