I too like so many of your customers experienced no delivery time, no email reply and no answer to the phone number supplied by another customer. Time for Paws have a retail outlet, GJW Titmus Tel: 01582 833883. I called this number and a member of staff arranged for a return call. I was told my dog food would be dispatched that day and arrive the following day. True to her word it did. She was extremely appologetic and explained that she was having to cope on her own with the orders, emails and phone calls as her colleagues were off ill.
