Non-existent customer service
I tried to contact Time for paws via email, via PayPal and left a voicemail for them (which apparently would be returned within 2 hours.) there was no reply to any of these methods at all. This was the first time I had to try and contact the company as I needed to chase my delivery. It will be the last time I shop with them if they can’t even be bothered to reply to their customers! Disgusting!
