My experience with them was terrible. I purchased Omnia+Rome Pass combo card. Omnia card includes tickets to the coliseum, yet tiqets.com offered me to purchase tickets from them right before checking out. I did not realize they were separate offers and ended up buying them because I was in rush. The tickets were not refundable. Given that they knew I already had tickets, I find this very sneaky business practice. Besides, they provide you with a bunch of qr codes and call them tickets. Rest assured that those are useless and far from entrance tickets to the venues. You must pick up your tickets in person from separate offices. It was very inconvenient and misleading. I do not recommend tiqets.com at all.
