Horrible experience. Due to the war in the Middle East, our flights to Europe were cancelled, making it impossible for us to travel. However, Tiqets showed no flexibility in a clear force majeure situation. Not only did they refuse to refund 3 combo tickets to museums in The Hague (almost €100 in total), but they also declined to offer any rescheduling or credit. My request was essentially dismissed without a meaningful response. In my view, this approach does not reflect the spirit of EU consumer protection principles, including fairness in exceptional circumstances. In a force majeure situation, be aware that you may receive no support at all. Other service providers in similar situations demonstrated understanding and offered reasonable solutions. Very disappointing experience. I have never encountered anything like this before. Not recommended.

No chance to reach out to any human - WhatsApp chat did not work, no respond via the bot on the page, no response to emails. Got a refund via paypal but could not recommend!

Terrible. Purchased tix to Denver Aquarium. Ok. But tix disappeared before we got there. The then the text I got was nothing but ads and if I clicked on the link it just took me to Google play. Never again

If I could give zero stars, I would. My flight to Dubai was officially canceled due to an airspace closure (a literal force majeure), making it physically impossible for me to attend my booking at the Museum of the Future. While every other vendor and major attraction in Dubai (including La Perle) showed basic human decency and immediately processed refunds due to the extraordinary circumstances, Tiqets treated me with absolute contempt. Did they even bother to contact the venue on my behalf? No. They just hid behind their "automated policy," sent a pathetic, heartless copy-paste rejection, and practically pocketed my money for a service they never provided. They have ZERO customer service and ZERO empathy. Pure corporate greed. They will gladly take your money, but the second you experience a real emergency that is completely out of your control, they will throw you under the bus without a second thought. Do yourself a huge favor: BOOK DIRECTLY with the attractions. Avoid Tiqets at all costs—they are a shameful, disgraceful company that will rip you off the minute things go wrong!

I ordered Chichen Itza tickets and got QR codes 1 day before we needed them on Tiqets app, which ended up being totally unusable at the entrance.then separately I got an email with 10 files (proof of 5 tickets for state tax and 5 tickets for local tax) unfortunately 5 files did not contain anything. So at the gate of chichen itza we had to call to the help line, they only spoke spanish so we were lucky enought to get help from ine of the gate agents in chichen itza. Then fortunately the ticket company sent tickets again to whats app account… so, I would say even though for us it worked out eventually but will give them 3 stars for unnecessary stress and poor management.

I ordered tickets and did not receive them so I tried to call and no response. I needed the tickets for the same day and was fortunate to get tickets. I contacted customer service the next day and was told I would be refunded because the tickets had not been sent. I notified my credit card company. Tow days later I received an email from Tiqets saying the tickets were sent and I would not get a refund. The tickets were sent two days after I ordered them so they could not be used. The issue was unresolved and I was charged for tickets I never received. There was no resolution and I feel like I was scammed. Buyer beware because when you try to order tickets for events sometimes this supplier pops up first and if you are not careful you will order from a company that might not be able to resolve any issues and definitely won’t give you a refund for their errors from My experience.

worse services ever...The cover… The worse services ever...The cover 215,00 € for nothing, i disn't use their tickets sent in late. I tried to contact them, but the after sales services is somewhere in India/ Pakistan according to the names of staff. Becarefull NOT TRUSTABLE

If I could leave less than a 1 star review I would. Bought last minute tickets to an aquarium in San Francisco which happened to have a large fire at their power plant that day causing thousands to be without power including the aquarium so we weren’t able to go in when they opened and due to our schedule caused us to lose the tickets without this company being willing to honor a refund due to circumstances out of our control Now we are out the price of 4 tickets right before the holiday

We paid for a guided tour that was never carried out. Because of a delay, the guide could not validate our entry, and the guided visit did not happen. We entered the Basilica independently and later had to return the audio devices separately. Even though the service was not delivered, Tiqets refused a refund. This platform does not stand by the customer when issues arise.

DO NOT under any circumstances use TIQETS they charged us 56 eruo for 2 tickets to collouism which is nearly 51% more than ticket value of 36 eruo per 2 people.

Tickets to visit Vesuvio national park were not accepted by the venue. Customer service of tiquets was not communicating at all.

I do not recommend this company. We bought two tickets for the Royal Alcázar in Seville for €50.40, but the tickets were invalid — there was no QR code. The staff at the entrance told us they see this problem quite often. It’s really a waste of money. Make sure to buy your tickets only from the official website.

Not recommended. Deliberate misrepresentation of the customer. When choosing tickets in Canada, the site displays a $ sign (which, as we know, is used for both USD and CAD). Since the purchase is made in Canada for an event in Canada, it would be reasonable to assume the price is in CAD, right? Wrong — it’s USD. If you happen to miss the very first page (where USD is indeed shown at the top of the page), you won’t see any further indication that the price is in USD throughout the booking and payment process. The only place you’ll notice it is in your bank statement. As for their customer support — it’s terrible. They refuse to acknowledge the problem, and the attitude is anything but polite.

I bought tickets to the Eiffel tower as part of an event for our business company, which I have to submit to the company's accounting and declare. I ordered the tickets very early from Tiqets, because I wanted the event to be well organized and there would be no problems with sold-out tickets. When I wanted to receive my VAT invoice for the tickets, I was told in a WhatsApp message that there was no such possibility and that I should contact some mysterious distributor. I replied that I did not know which distributor I was talking about and what his name was. I said that I bought the tickets and paid the money to Tiqets and that they should also give me a proper invoice. This was rejected again. I was given some kind of email address where I could supposedly request an invoice. No one has responded to my email so far and I have not received an invoice. Most likely, no invoices are planned to be issued. I guess Tiqets declares income and pays taxes if it's so difficult to issue an invoice to the buyer?? I do not recommend this ticket sales site. Stay away from them. I will delete them from my future purchase list as well as their app. Very, very disappointed. They caused me a huge problem.

Easy to book with. All trips went smoothly in krakow Poland. The company they use for the trips excellent apart from one trip that didn't go to plan which was the third party so will take it up with them.

My daughter had a epilepsy seizure and we asked to move our appointment for just an hour or two, as we were behind schedule. There response was just, no you can't amend time slot and a condescending, if there is anything else we can help you with rubbish. It was just visiting the tall building with a view, nothing that couldn't be easy to sort. Its a shame as there is 55 of us and we were a day early, so im not recommending to book through this company and after reading some reviews after this has happened, I shouldn't of booked on with these in the first place
