The X3 is an awesome rack! Just wish the design was a little better for the post contacting the ground on opening and closing. This could be fixed with the swing arm being a 1/4 higher when swinging closed or putting the rack up. So when you want to use the rack swing into place and the post would drop down to the floor. Then when your ready to put the rack away just lift up and swing closed. This small pivot point would clear up alot of trouble and confusion on mounting this rack. As is you have to slightly adjust your mounting point on the wall to make everything open and close smoothly. This is time consuming and on unleve floors this will require a shim. This is my only complaint about this rack. I've watched many YouTube video about this problem and had the same issue. One guy added roller castings to his. Can't imagine it worked for long because the weight would crush the wheels. But hope this helps someone or Titan to make a change.
