We needed wheelchair rails for our old historic building in town that serves as a visitor and cultural center. I found these rails and thought they would suit our needs. I tried the mounting brackets that came with them but thought, due to being aluminum, they might not be strong enough. I found some very heavy corner brackets and decided to use them instead. I'm not sure if they are stronger - I used 1/2 bolts to mount them. All seems good. The brackets I used seemed to fit the width of the rails, so they look very good. We are pleased with the result.
