The arrival time was great. The product was nice and will work well for us. My only issue was the fit and finish. The hole that the spring pin (that holds the ramp up) was too tight. I had to drill it out to make it fit properly. It was not hard for me to do, however, others may not have the tools or physical ability to do that. All in all, I am pleased with the product and it will allow my father to get out and about. :)
