I would have thought process to replace a damaged and defective item would have been quicker. That said, once the approval for replacement was made shipment was quick as was initial shipment.
Product quality is not as good as would expect for the price and being manufactured in China. Inside of tubes lack paint and the replacement has some small dings in the bracing although the box showed no sign of damage.
