Had one appointment with a “stylist.” Kept one piece of clothing, jewelry and purse. Pants were way too big and a foot too long. Made second appointment with a stylist and no one contacted me. Contacted “Customer Support.” They scheduled a make-up appointment for the one missed. No one contacted me. Contact them again. Made a second make-up appointment. No one contacted me. I asked to speak to a human. Based on responses to emails, I suspect “Customer Support” is AI or doesn’t speak English. When asking for specifics for an appointment, didn’t seem to understand that I was flexible on time and days. When given time and date, would ask for time zone even though I had already given that information. I just cancelled my subscription. We’ll see if I have any hassles with that.
