I had my first session and all was OK. She really didn’t understand what I was looking for, but I did like a couple of the pants that she recommended so I was going to purchase them. At the checkout, I noticed that there was sales tax and shipping. Each item was under $100. I live in Minnesota. Sales tax on clothing does not exist in Minnesota unless you are buying an item that is $100 or more. Also, they want to charge $13 for shipping when one is spending over $100 with the company Which I think is outrageous! I communicated with a representative named Amber. They agreed to cancel my membership going forward, but they would not give me the sign up fee back. I told them why I was leaving and that I was not leaving for personal reasons. I was leaving due to the shipping charges and the sales tax. It is illegal to charge sales tax when sales tax is not applicable, but they told me that they purchased their clothing through a third party retailer. And? I don’t understand because charging sales tax has nothing to do with a third-party vendor unless that vendor is charging them sales tax in the state that they’re in and they are trying to recoup that cost which AGAIN, is ILLEGAL. It’s still not legal to charge me sales tax on clothing. And also worth noting is that there is no mention of shipping charges anywhere on their website or their advertising which feels like a huge bait and switch to me. And just an FYI… If you are unhappy because the clothing you received was subpar… They don’t refund for that. They consider that “personal reasons” and therefore, does not fall under their moneyback policy. I have that in the email communication from Amber. So they don’t give you your money back if the item they sold you was cheaply made. Interesting.

Grabbed the wide-leg trousers and wow… they look straight off a runway. The fit is on point, super flattering, and the fabric feels way more luxe than I expected. My friends keep asking where I got them. Shipping was fast too—had them in hand in just a couple of days.

Emma was so patient and really listened to what I was looking for. She put together some great outfit options that feel very "me" but more polished than what I usually wear. I love that everything she suggested actually fits my budget and lifestyle. The whole process was smooth and I felt comfortable asking questions. Already looking forward to my next styling session. Definitely worth trying if you need help putting looks together!

Had one appointment with a “stylist.” Kept one piece of clothing, jewelry and purse. Pants were way too big and a foot too long. Made second appointment with a stylist and no one contacted me. Contacted “Customer Support.” They scheduled a make-up appointment for the one missed. No one contacted me. Contact them again. Made a second make-up appointment. No one contacted me. I asked to speak to a human. Based on responses to emails, I suspect “Customer Support” is AI or doesn’t speak English. When asking for specifics for an appointment, didn’t seem to understand that I was flexible on time and days. When given time and date, would ask for time zone even though I had already given that information. I just cancelled my subscription. We’ll see if I have any hassles with that.

Used Title for the first time last week and really liked it. My stylist helped me pick out some outfits for work that actually look good together. I'm not great at putting things together myself so this was really helpful. She asked good questions about what I like and my budget. The clothes she suggested fit well and I've gotten a few compliments already. Pretty easy process overall and I'll probably use it again.
