Cheap and badly made tat Returned using signed for postage and they can't find it. It's been 3 week's of broken communication as it isn't an English customer service call center. Also it's a po box return address and as royal mail have informed me, it doesn't matter if you send it as a regular post, signed for or special delivery. All their post arrives in one big bag and nothing is signed for individually so very convenient when things get lost also cost you more money to return. Now I have the fight to get through to royal mail and try to get my money back via them as TJC are useless!
