"This is not a post I wanted to write, but the company have given me no choice. I want to warn others in regards to buying jewellery from this company and their shocking customer service. TJC Style are a disgrace. My fiance purchased an engagement ring from TJC in August last year, and it had been in use since September 2023. In October 2023, I noticed one of the prongs that had been holding the stone in place, had snapped off. I took my engagement ring off on most occasions so it didn't get damaged so was shocked to see this had happened. This was repaired elsewhere as I didn't feel comfortable sending it off to them at this stage (and on their website they state the ring is still covered if repaired elsewhere). \r\n\r\nFast forward to April 2024. We had gone camping, and I ALWAYS take my ring off at night. When i woke up in the morning I went to put my ring on, to notice the stone had fallen out, and the stone was nowhere to be found. I was heartbroken. We contacted TJC who requested the item to be returned in the state its in, which we did on the 6th April 2024. It arrived with them on the Monday (8th April 2024). We contacted them on the Tuesday 9th April 2024 to check it had been received and to update the address on the system (as they still had an old address on their despite us stating several times we had no access to that address anymore). \r\n\r\nWe then called again a week later, to be told \"it's with our quality assurance team, you will be contacted soon\" \r\n\r\nWe called a week after that, to be told there was nothing they could do without the tracking number?? This was given to them by the phone and they then advised \"we will be contacted within 5 days\", we asked again on the same call, \"yes you will be contacted shortly\" \r\n\r\nAbout a week later, we sent them an email requesting an update. This was 4 weeks after we had sent the ring to them. We advised them they had 7 working days to give us an update otherwise we would be contacting the appropriate authority. They responded straight away, and said they had \"escalated the request\" and would strive to get back to us within 7 working days - the last day of this was Tuesday of this week (21st May 2024). \r\n\r\nWe emailed them again on Tuesday (21st May 2024) with a formal complaint. We have given them until today (Friday 24th May 2024), and they responded to our email on Tuesday to state they were \"escalating our query\" AGAIN, and would get back to us within 72 hours. We have requested an update or a refund because it is now SIX weeks without the ring. \r\n\r\nWe have had nothing. No updates whatsoever. I have no clue where the ring even is at this stage. I know it's still early on the Friday for a response but with their track record, I doubt we will get one. At this stage my partner just wants a refund and to purchase from another company. \r\n\r\nThe fact the ring broke within a month of being used (and fully broke away within 6 months) is shocking. \r\n\r\nPlease be careful with this company. I cannot believe the service we have received especially with the item being expensive."

“Want to return and item costing £499.99 Their delivery note says goods up to £500 can be returned using their freepost label. There wasn't a label in the package and customer service said it can only be used up to £300 and wouldn't escalate the call. I will be contacting trading standards!”

“Over the years I have bought several items from TJC just recently I found the auction site and the goods that were sent were terrible. But what is worse is i saw a lab grown diamond ring on offer saying star deal at 999.99 I decided to purchase it over five months I was so excited. A week later I had an email saying they had tried to contact me (I have had no missed calls) telling me they had made a mistake on their website and I couldn’t have it. They were offering me it for £2000 which I could not afford. They refunded my £200 deposit and took the opportunity away from me from owning a diamond ring even though it wasn’t real Diamond I was so disappointed. If this was an error and not a star deal, they should’ve honoured this as they had taken my deposit and had it for almost a week. I feel I have been treated so badly and will not purchase from them again. Be aware if they have over sold the product and you have bought it at a lower price I’m pretty sure they can just claw it back like they did with mine and sell it to the person that purchased it a higher price. Just wrong.”

“They rip you off over postage by placing item in bag or box with another and charge postage twice. The tracking number is to long you dont know when you are getting your purchases sent out. Customer service is a sham they haven't got a clue and basically reading a script. Overall they are a wast of time and space stay well clear if you know what's good for you. And by the way dont bother contacting their director they have over six directors.”

“Disgusted with this firm brought a platnum triple A tanzanite cost me 50 pound was offered 120 .Also a white diamond and champayne diamonds offered 100 pound biggist rip of merchants would never by of them again they steal your money then they are not intrested”

“I have sent a £2399.99 ring back as it was faulty, first I asked for a replacement but they kept saying that they are working on it . They had one size left in my size , which was sold on the live auction. I contacted them and asking when they are going to send the replacement but they kept saying they are still sorting the replacement out. So, at the end I told them I want a refund, it’s nearly a week now since asking them but they constantly asking me to wait 2 more working days. I also have a problem with their price match, yet again I’m waiting for my refund around 2 weeks but they say they adjusted to my outstanding budget pay , where is no outstanding budget pay. I used their QR code , which TJC created online and it seems my parcel disappeared, never got delivered to them. I’m asking them to help me with the parcel as it contains multiple returns and few hundreds pounds of value in the box. The smell of the perfumes what they sell are horrible but Mark and others mesmerised by the smell. I’m sorry but not giving my money back is a theft. Very fed up with TJC”

“I'm absolutely fed up with having to ring Customer Services to ask why they automatically take £3.99 from my returns when I've paid for the postage myself - I even put No Label Used but they still take the money!! Not good business”

“I purchased a bracelet for my daughter. Was supposed to be silver with a platinum overlay. After 7 mths the overlay has gone and it now looks like a piece of brass. Spoke to customer service who said because it was 7 mths old there was nothing they could do. Never again will I buy anything from this company.”

“Ordered a diamond eternity ring, it arrived with a diamond missing. Ordered a second ring, diamond fell out next day after wearing. Both rings were returned and refunded. Stupidly ordered a 3 rd ring that cost just under £2,000, it was stunning but after around 5 weeks of wearing it it lost a diamond. Returned to Tjc and they said it was wear and tear so my fault and they wouldn’t refund or exchange.. Took it to a reputable jeweller who said the ring is very poor quality and all the stones were loose!! I couldn’t wear it because I was scared about loosing more of the diamonds in it! The actual diamonds are of good quality so I had them reset into another ring shank, this cost me a further £1,400. Absolute joke of a company with less than useless customer service. If I could give 1 piece of advice it would be to avoid them like the plague!!”

“jewellery is very nice. Unfortunately, . I've lost 2 bracelets due to the poor quality clasps. What's the point of buying something at the lower price, if you're going to lose it within a couple weeks of wearing it. I'd rather spend more money and buy something. I know is going to stay on my wrist. It's a shame, but I won't be buying anything else this is a problem with cheaper jewellery. The quality is just not there”

“Worst experience ever They sent tarnished and damaged rings and when I called them on the same day of delivery, they insisted that I had damaged them by wearing them. When I told them I had just received the delivery, they said to send them back or maybe polish them with a cloth . I sent them back 1 month later I’m still chasing them for a refund”

“They don't tell the viewers at the start to press option 8 for a 50% discount. By the time they do some viewers have only pressed for one. I bought a thin gold chain ( much bigger on TV ) , it was valued at £10.”

“Bought a ring from here it was not worth the money so sent it back got charged again for postage was told I would get returned postage given back to me as a goodwill never received this so I got ripped off by £8. I’m a OAP can’t afford to lose money I will never ever shop with TJC again”

“Gold at £100's per gram. WHERE? it's £18 a gram by me . Now the presenters are saying "we are overriding the computer, or, we are ignoring management and going lower ". Do they really think the viewers are stupid. Most of the tat is laughable. Seen in Asian tat shops everywhere. Bought off temu.”
