"This is not a post I wanted to write, but the company have given me no choice. I want to warn others in regards to buying jewellery from this company and their shocking customer service. TJC Style are a disgrace. My fiance purchased an engagement ring from TJC in August last year, and it had been in use since September 2023. In October 2023, I noticed one of the prongs that had been holding the stone in place, had snapped off. I took my engagement ring off on most occasions so it didn't get damaged so was shocked to see this had happened. This was repaired elsewhere as I didn't feel comfortable sending it off to them at this stage (and on their website they state the ring is still covered if repaired elsewhere). \r\n\r\nFast forward to April 2024. We had gone camping, and I ALWAYS take my ring off at night. When i woke up in the morning I went to put my ring on, to notice the stone had fallen out, and the stone was nowhere to be found. I was heartbroken. We contacted TJC who requested the item to be returned in the state its in, which we did on the 6th April 2024. It arrived with them on the Monday (8th April 2024). We contacted them on the Tuesday 9th April 2024 to check it had been received and to update the address on the system (as they still had an old address on their despite us stating several times we had no access to that address anymore). \r\n\r\nWe then called again a week later, to be told \"it's with our quality assurance team, you will be contacted soon\" \r\n\r\nWe called a week after that, to be told there was nothing they could do without the tracking number?? This was given to them by the phone and they then advised \"we will be contacted within 5 days\", we asked again on the same call, \"yes you will be contacted shortly\" \r\n\r\nAbout a week later, we sent them an email requesting an update. This was 4 weeks after we had sent the ring to them. We advised them they had 7 working days to give us an update otherwise we would be contacting the appropriate authority. They responded straight away, and said they had \"escalated the request\" and would strive to get back to us within 7 working days - the last day of this was Tuesday of this week (21st May 2024). \r\n\r\nWe emailed them again on Tuesday (21st May 2024) with a formal complaint. We have given them until today (Friday 24th May 2024), and they responded to our email on Tuesday to state they were \"escalating our query\" AGAIN, and would get back to us within 72 hours. We have requested an update or a refund because it is now SIX weeks without the ring. \r\n\r\nWe have had nothing. No updates whatsoever. I have no clue where the ring even is at this stage. I know it's still early on the Friday for a response but with their track record, I doubt we will get one. At this stage my partner just wants a refund and to purchase from another company. \r\n\r\nThe fact the ring broke within a month of being used (and fully broke away within 6 months) is shocking. \r\n\r\nPlease be careful with this company. I cannot believe the service we have received especially with the item being expensive."

“Ordered a diamond eternity ring, it arrived with a diamond missing. Ordered a second ring, diamond fell out next day after wearing. Both rings were returned and refunded. Stupidly ordered a 3 rd ring that cost just under £2,000, it was stunning but after around 5 weeks of wearing it it lost a diamond. Returned to Tjc and they said it was wear and tear so my fault and they wouldn’t refund or exchange.. Took it to a reputable jeweller who said the ring is very poor quality and all the stones were loose!! I couldn’t wear it because I was scared about loosing more of the diamonds in it! The actual diamonds are of good quality so I had them reset into another ring shank, this cost me a further £1,400. Absolute joke of a company with less than useless customer service. If I could give 1 piece of advice it would be to avoid them like the plague!!”

“jewellery is very nice. Unfortunately, . I've lost 2 bracelets due to the poor quality clasps. What's the point of buying something at the lower price, if you're going to lose it within a couple weeks of wearing it. I'd rather spend more money and buy something. I know is going to stay on my wrist. It's a shame, but I won't be buying anything else this is a problem with cheaper jewellery. The quality is just not there”

“Worst experience ever They sent tarnished and damaged rings and when I called them on the same day of delivery, they insisted that I had damaged them by wearing them. When I told them I had just received the delivery, they said to send them back or maybe polish them with a cloth . I sent them back 1 month later I’m still chasing them for a refund”

“They don't tell the viewers at the start to press option 8 for a 50% discount. By the time they do some viewers have only pressed for one. I bought a thin gold chain ( much bigger on TV ) , it was valued at £10.”

“Bought a ring from here it was not worth the money so sent it back got charged again for postage was told I would get returned postage given back to me as a goodwill never received this so I got ripped off by £8. I’m a OAP can’t afford to lose money I will never ever shop with TJC again”

“Gold at £100's per gram. WHERE? it's £18 a gram by me . Now the presenters are saying "we are overriding the computer, or, we are ignoring management and going lower ". Do they really think the viewers are stupid. Most of the tat is laughable. Seen in Asian tat shops everywhere. Bought off temu.”

“They need reporting to trading standards. So called certified diamonds arrive with photocopied certificates. Wouldn’t be surprised if they get certification for one stone and then use it for all the others. Customer care is appalling. They tell you your concern has been escalated. It hasn’t. They tell you they’ll get back to you. They don’t. They tell you they tried to call but couldn’t get through to you. They lie. The presenters, especially the Queen of Sparkle - forgotten her name - comes across as so genuine and lovely. But the company is a scam. Also just seen that they’re using dynamic pricing on their website. So a ring is £599 if you want a not so common size or £999 if you want a more common size. Who does that? £300 difference!!!! Disgusting company.”

“One of the worst shopping channels. Have brought items they sell at inflated prices much cheaper on Ali Express. They was selling a fan which you add water which sprays to keep you cool TJC selling at £17.99 + P&P. I brought the exact same one off Ali Express for £2.52 free delivery. And Andy is OTT acts like a spoilt child and Ady is always shouting.”

“I stopped buying from this company can't believe they have treated there costumers very badly l will be checking my bank statement to make sure they do not take money from me for things l haven't ordered l will take them to court for theft l wa a customer since 2011 l have every bank statement and invoice from that date and having them look at one last thing do not buy from this company they should be taken off the TV and look into”

“People, u are not getting a bargain. A gold necklace starts with a £3,999 price tag. Ooooohhhh, then the numbers start spinning and the price gets lower and lower. Oh, wow! The necklace is now £299. It is a gimmick. Do a Google search. 9 times out of 10, u can buy exactly the same for a lot less and the chain is never worth, the inflated price that TJC charge.”

“Brought 2 gemstone necklaces for my birthday, when they arrived stones are very poor quality and all the silver is tarnished!!! They look like they have been stored in a garage somewhere!! 4.99 delivery and if I wish to return and use label enclosed they will charge another 3.99 🤬 very disappointing and cheap looking both necklaces on their website for 29.99 each worth about 10.00 👎”
