Bad customer service, the way a complaint is always "scripted" in their email back replies & which NEVER address your actual problem or complaint issues in your original email to them....... DO NOT BUY from this disappointing jewellery company !! & trying to get thru on the phones is VERY time consuming & a joke not to mention the costs on your 'pay as you go' mobile trying to get thru , what a joke this company is !! Oh & they offer a voucher code when they have mucked up which NEVER works or even gives you the money off, what a poor empty gesture & when you do finally get thru to customer services they advise the voucher can only be used on certain things?!, surely money off is money off everything??? Now we are dealing with delayed orders, no real explanation given as to why except 'technical issues' being given as the reason.... HAS TJC BEEN CYBER HACKED ?? & ARE OUR FINANCIAL DETAILS SAFE?? is a question I am not getting any answers' to........ is it time to get Trading Standards' involved? SORT IT OUT TJC & start reassuring your 'Valued Customers' !!! (Below on this review it asks how long have you been waiting for your queries to be replied to, it's over a week & I am still waiting)
