Still waiting for response to my email I sent 2 days ago....when I asked agent to raise a complaint, I was told he would share my concerns with his manager/team!!
I said no, you should have a complaints dept but he wouldn't confirm whether or not TJC do have a complaints dept. TJC are not storing customer debit card details, they tried using an expired debit card for the monthly TJC Plus 9.99.
I gave them my new card last year & when I emailed them an agent told me there were 3 or 4 expired cards on my account which have only now been inactivated....I've asked for a Complaints reference number but like usual, no response. If I don't get a response I'm gonna report them to the Banking Ombudsman & Trade & Standards....They clearly don't have a complaint handling dept which I believe is breaking the law. Fed up with the agent saying they will share my concerns with the manager/team, nothing ever gets done! I do not expect a Company to keep my old expired card details on their system without deactivating them first. Used Live Chat last night, agent assured me someone will be in contact with me but I'm not holding my breath....dreadful way to treat their customers.
