This has been the worst company I have ever used. I ordered this ring and it was randomly cancelled a few days later. When I enquired into it they stated they tried to contact me to verify who I was and I had not replied so my order was cancelled. I had no emails of contact so was puzzled. I sent a further two emails to have this looked into without a reply. I used chat to get to the bottom of this who stated as I had not replied to their email of verification my order was cancelled. NO EMAIL CAME THROUGH TO ME. No other means of contact was made and my order cancelled without warning. You would think more efforts to contact me before cancelling a high value order would have been made. I had verified who I was over the phone when I placed the order so not sure why it needs to be done a second time. I was told to place the order again wasting more of my time and more importantly not getting the discount price I ordered it at. I'll take my custom else where, shocked at the poor service/customer care this site offers. AVOID
