I purchased a gold diamond ring on a live TV presentation on sale for £288 down from £499. The presenters stated free resize, their website said free resize but they refused to do it. Three Days later I received a message saying the ring was out of stock and I'd get a refund. Yet today 10 days later the ring is still for sale on their website BUT now the price has increased by £500 @ £799.99. I've asked for an explanation but they've ignored me. They are nothing but cheats and con artists.
