Delivery due on Friday - took a day off work to receive it, Got a message to say I was not in, NONESENSE. Phoned the help line, advised the driver would return....did he/she - NO. Advised it would be delivered BEFORE 10.00 Monday - took a morning off work, DID NOT turn up, asked to wait till end of day - NO DELIVERY. TNT suggested I made a 60 mile round journey to collect it, No delivery Tuesday or No delivery Wednesday. Someone at the Worcester depot is not taking responsibility. A senior supervisor (R) was looking into it and said she would get back to me by the end of the day - 10 mins to go. The individuals on the help line, on the whole, have been good and done all they can within their means but they have been let down by the people they contact to chase things up The TNT system is useless I strongly advise you only use them if you have no other options - check out what hundreds of other people say about them
