The colleague who came out to uncap my gas said he was going to get another machine as his wasn't working and will be back within 30-60 minutes. This time came and went and he never returned leaving me with no heating or hot water and despite been vulnerable I contacted the out of hours team who also wouldn't come out. I have warned them that I'm withholding the rent until the job is completed. NOT RECOMMEND STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THERE THICK AS THIEVES
