I've been shopping online with Chris and the team for quite a few years now and during that time I've purchased quite a bit of clothing and fly-fishing gear. The brands they carry are all top quality so I never have any concerns on that front and their prices are competitive (but I do also like to bag a bargain from time to time with the sale items :) ) What encourages me to keep shopping with them is the high level of service they always deliver and their reliable trustworthy advice when I ask for it from time to time. They've been great at getting specific stock in for me from time to time (eg particular fly lines that they've not had in stock) and on the odd few occasions where I've had to return something (my issue not theirs) I've been very impressed at how straightforward that process has been (very important with an on-line facility when buying clothing or footwear like wading boots etc) I'm a member of a couple of clubs and have quite a wide circle of friends who spend time outdoors or go fishing regularly and I always recommend Tom's when asked for advice so am more than happy to put this in writing for this review of their store.
