I recently purchased a pair of Rab hiking pants from Toms Outdoors. The service and communication were excellent. However, after a few weeks, I encountered a small issue with the pants. Thankfully, the customer service team was prompt and efficient in resolving the problem. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and the high level of customer service provided.
