I like your store, but why does the coupon have such a short expiry date? The feedback a customer provides can be invaluable. Also, I think most responsible lovers of the outdoors wouldn't be buying new gear every 60 days. So first point of feedback is to reconsider what feedback from your customers is worth and reward them without imposing such unnecessarily tight timelines on them.
