I bought 3 electric scooters from them for Christmas presents for my children one was delivered with a broken light which they did send a replacement part and another worked for about 3 days and just stopped working I've sent them 20 emails with ridiculous responses I'm not a mechanic and dont no half of the things they are asking me to find and an left with a very unhappy child with a Christmas present that doesn't work
