I ordered a product almost a year ago. As I enquired about not having received it, I was told there were issues with covid. A few months later, having not heard about Tomtop, I contacted them again. They said that their supplier had raised the price, so they would send me the item I had ordered if I paid for an additional amount. I think this type of practice is totally dishonest. 1- they banked my payment and their treasury benefited for a a whole year. 2- I am the one who should be compensated for not having received my order a year later. 3- Their problem with their supplier is not my doing. 4- Had I not contacted them twice, they would have happily forgotten about me. 5- I have asked for a refund and am still waiting for it. They keep telling me it's happening and I cannot get a date for when. Never again
