I had a bad experience with tomtop.com. After two months, PayPal forced them to provide a PARTIAL refund. Customer service is terrible.
There are many, very negative reviews. The two most important are these:
-Better Business (bbb.com) rates them as Fail (F). A rare thing.
-bestlegitreviews.com rates them as 2.1 out of 10!
