Received the battery mini chainsaw. One battery is defective but they refused to replace even though the battery/product is still under warranty. They kept asking me to send a video, just a fob off.
Will report the organisation as they are in contravention of the consumer sale of goods act. Terrible organisation, do not buy from them.
